Our hours of operation are from 08:00 until 20:00, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Drop-off: You can drop off your dog at anytime during most of the opening hours above. There are no restricted windows, but try to avoid feeding times (08:00 - 09:00, and 17:00 - 18:00). If you can't, we understand but please allow for a delay.  The last drop-off is 19:00 (or soon thereafter).

Pick-up: You can pick up your dog at anytime during most the opening hours above. There are no restricted windows, but try to avoid feeding times (08:00 - 09:00, and 17:00 - 18:00). If you can't, we understand but please allow for a delay. The last pick-up of the day is 19:00 (or soon thereafter).  

Remember that pick up after 11:00 incurs an additional day's charge.

Breakfast is between 08:00 - 09:00,

Dinner is between 17:00 - 18:00, and

Preparations for the night begin at 20:00.

We keep to a strict schedule to ensure that all our dogs are happy and well fed all day
